This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital planner products sold by MyDigiPlus through its website located at mydigiplus.com (the “Website”).
- Refund Policy
MyDigiPlus offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all digital planner products purchased through the Website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at ecom.momsheart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a digital planner product at any time before it is delivered. Once the product has been delivered, it is non-refundable but you may still cancel future subscription payments if applicable.
To cancel an order, please email us at ecom.momsheart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been delivered, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
- Exceptions
MyDigiPlus reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations for any of the following reasons:
- You have already downloaded or accessed the digital planner product;
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy;
- You have shared or distributed the digital planner product without our permission;
- You have used the digital planner product in a way that violates our intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party.
